Refund Policy

Overview

Digital products
- Instant downloads (e.g., PDFs, digital guides) are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 14 days of purchase; we will assist with access or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
- EEA/UK consumers: you have a 14-day right to cancel digital content unless you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right to withdraw once delivery starts.
Physical items
- Return window: 30 days from delivery in unused, original condition with packaging.
- Process: contact us for an RMA before returning items.
- Refunds exclude original shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping; use a trackable method.
- Non-returnable: custom or personalized items, final-sale items, and items with obvious signs of use.
Workshops and events
- Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the event.
- 50% refund if you cancel 7–13 days before the event.
- No refunds for cancellations within 6 days, but you may transfer your seat to another person by emailing us.
- If we cancel or materially reschedule, you can choose a full refund or a credit for a future date.
How to request a refund

- Order number and purchase email
- Item(s) and reason for request
- Photos for damaged/incorrect items (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment processors may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
For defective or damaged physical items, we can exchange the item or issue a refund after verification. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first. Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution; we will work with you to resolve issues promptly.
